Electrical Enclosures
We build electrical enclosures to any shape, size, material, NEMA rating, and paint colour. If you require a standard electrical enclosure, we can build per catalogue specifications with modifications as required.
All custom electrical enclosures are CSA Type 12, Type 4, Type 4X and UL approved to Type 12, Type 4, Type 4X and Type 3R as required.
Our custom electrical enclosures are usually of one-piece construction rather than add-on components, this results in a more rigid, robust unit.
Your custom electrical enclosure is supplied ready for final assembly. All door hardware, document pockets, windows, and gaskets are installed or supplied loose to your requirements.
Machine Guarding
Klassen’s machine guarding designs include many improvements over standard machine guarding designs.
Our lift and turn door systems are simple and reliable, eliminating expensive component and maintenance costs.
Where possible, Klassen provides large door openings. The increased accessibility and design makes it easier to both operate and maintain equipment.
Custom Welding
Large or small, we can do it all! As with all of our services, our custom welding projects undergo the highest quality standards. Whether it be a repair or retrofit of an older product or the fabrication of a new one, we provide custom welding to get the job done.
Custom Fabricating
At Klassen, we pride ourselves on our ability to custom fabricate virtually any type of product, whether made from steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. A majority of these fabrications are built to customer print specifications; however we also provide custom design services.
Paint & Powder Coat
Whether your project needs that perfect coat of paint or the protective power of powder coat, we will meet your specific requirements to get the job done!
Every project is unique. At Klassen, we have the capability of painting the interiors, exteriors and accessories different colours as needed for all of our enclosures.
Tanks & Reservoirs
Klassen Custom Fabricating manufactures hydraulic tanks and coolant reservoirs. Your custom hydraulic tank will be fabricated to the size and shape needed for your application.
Hydraulic tanks are fabricated complete with fittings, couplings, sight gauges, filler openings, clean outs, and motor stand as specified. All hydraulic tanks undergo a leak test during the fabrication process. Your finished hydraulic tank will be painted to your requirements.
Structural Frames & Weldments
At Klassen, we have the capability to fabricate a variety of weldments in both mild steels and stainless steels. This includes plate work cutting, saw cutting and welding processes that include Gas Metal Welding, Metal Core / Flux Core Welding and Tig Welding. Products include Fixture Clamping Weldments, Machine Bases, Robot Risers, Conveyor Legs and Components, Machine Frames and Welding Cell Frames to list a few.
Platform & Mezzanines
We manufacture platforms and mezzanines in plain carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We can provide open or checkered plate decking for mezzanines and stairways. Stairway treads can also be galvanized or fiber-grate (fiberglass treads) for lighter weight and chemical resistant properties.
